What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist Revenue Cycle Consultant and Technical Consultant teams in the implementation of the employer's Claim Source revenue cycle management system
Review internal processes and recommend changes to improve systems efficiency, automation, and effectiveness
Document complex solutions for internal and external clients
Communicate status updates to team members, end-users, and clients, including participation in regular client calls
Provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary program updates
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle with hospital/clinic billing experience required
Minimum of 4 years' experience with host system installations and migrations (Epic, Cerner)
Minimum of 4 years' experience with ICD10 diagnosis and procedure codes, CPT-4 codes, and the medical billing process
Bachelor's degree is beneficial
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in analyzing customer data and performing optimizations
Familiarity with payer notification processes
