What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist sales personnel in qualifying enterprise customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis

Lead technical advisor for strategic accounts, providing mentoring and training to peers

Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via web meetings

Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

Support marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars

What is Required (Qualifications):

7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience

Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

Strong pre-sales experience, ideally with ITSM & ITOM knowledge

Knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and experience selling to this market

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with Pharma/Life Sciences

Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management, or IT Operations Management

Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
