Job Summary:
Lead the development, optimization, and validation of ligand-binding immunoassays in a fully digital laboratory environment—no mountains of paperwork, streamlined workflows powered by Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, execute, and optimize immunoassay methods to meet sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility targets
Perform method qualification and validation under GLP/GCP compliance and prepare technical reports
Interpret and summarize data for scientific reports and presentations
Transfer methods internally or externally and support technology transfer activities
Troubleshoot assays and mentor junior staff on best practices
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proficiency in immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, MSD, Luminex, or SMCxPro
Experience with method development, validation, and troubleshooting under regulatory guidelines
Familiarity with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems and digital workflows
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Comfort working in a paperless, automated environment
