Job Overview Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They must be ready to help with customer questions and needs, and may be required to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Supervise front end service associates.

Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Process returns/refunds and financial transactions.

Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Assist in training and coaching team members.

Compensation Base pay range: $27.00/hr – $40.00/hr.

Hourly wage ranges from $27 to $40 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
