Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with an active TS/SCI poly clearance to join and assist and meetmission needs for our government customers. This role will be performed onsite at the assigned customer location.
What you will do
Monitor customer’s Risk Management Framework and its related networks to ensure optimized performance and security
Support patching, upgrading, and migrating of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
Support agile activities for systems including release planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives to gather and incorporate lessons learned into engineering processes.
Work with developers during the normal application development life cycle to build features that deliver value to our customers
What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience
Active TS/SCI with Poly
Minimum of 3 years as a Network Engineer (within the last 3 years)
Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
Proficient with Linux and Windows. Linux and/or Windows system administration experience is a plus.
CCNA or CCNP certification.
Security+ certification.
What we'd like you to have
Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.
Ansible/Salt scripts
AWS/VMs
