Job Description BryceTech is currently looking for Senior Operations Research Analyst. This position will be supporting Capability Program Executive Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CPE CBRND) which manages our Nation’s investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment and medical countermeasures (MCMs).
Direct experience in the CBDP enterprise working with a Program Office on a Program of Record
Experience generating documentation required for a Program of Record (acquisition strategy, testing strategy, master schedule, etc.)
Extensive experience with chemical or biological threats evidenced through education or work history
Experience deploying CBDP systems in OCONUS locations (overseas US military installations)
Perform the Acquisition Planning Support for following tasks
Attend and participate in weekly/scheduled programmatic meetings
Provide updates of program activities at these meetings, as well as answer programmatic and technical questions
Manage meeting minutes. This includes recording minutes, distributing minutes within two days following each meeting, and presenting open action items at each subsequent meeting
Organize and facilitate meetings with key CBRN stakeholders (e.g. DHS, DTRA, ATEC, COCOMS, etc.)
Create and revise PowerPoint presentations based on Government guidance ahead of monthly program reviews
Contribute to the development of test plans in support of JPEO integrated test and evaluation activities. These plans will include, at a minimum, information about participating systems and organizations, integrated schedules of events, operational, logistics and sustainment plans in support of the test, scenario development, learning demands, data collection, and post‑event reporting
Research, gather data, review, edit and contribute to one test and evaluation plan annually
Consolidate test data, perform data analysis, and contribute to a report that presents findings and lessons learned
Research, gather data, review, edit and contribute to two tests and evaluation and experimentation reports annually
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Integrated Test Campaign, to include campaign objectives, program alignment, and internal and external test and experimentation event details
Qualifications
Ten years or more of experience working with CBRN‑related programs
Bachelor’s degree or greater from an accredited college or university
Secret Clearance
