Interim-to-Hire: Epicor Kinetic Senior Engineer Role Overview This interim‑to‑hire role will lead advanced engineering on Epicor Kinetic‑building, extending, and integrating ERP capabilities to unlock operational efficiency and data visibility. You’ll be the senior technical driver for dashboards, integrations, workflow automation, and ERP data modeling, collaborating across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Engineer Epicor Kinetic solutions: develop with Epicor tools/technologies to extend core ERP functionality
Dashboards & Integrations: build performance dashboards; integrate ERP with adjacent systems (manufacturing, supply chain, finance) via REST APIs
Process Optimization: map business processes and convert them into scalable workflows, BPMs, and automation
Data Architecture: design, model, and optimize ERP data structures; ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
Collaboration: partner with software engineers, directors, and business leads to translate requirements into deliverables; provide technical guidance to the team
Documentation & Governance: maintain clear technical documentation, version control, and environment standards
Must–Have Qualifications
ERP engineering experience (Epicor preferred; Kinetic strongly desired)
Manufacturing and/or supply chain process knowledge
C#/.NET expertise for customizations and services
SQL Server proficiency (queries, optimization, data modeling)
REST APIs (design, consumption, integration patterns)
Strong understanding of ERP data models, transactions, and master data
Demonstrated problem‑solving and process thinking across complex operational domains
