What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee regional corporate security programs, including facility risk assessments and event security
Manage the Executive Security Program for senior leadership, ensuring digital and physical safety
Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance with global security policies
Provide training on travel security and corporate security standards
Lead incident management and crisis response efforts, ensuring proper reporting and resolution
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate security, physical security, or resilience
At least 8 years of experience in corporate or physical security roles, including risk assessments
Experience managing executive security programs and travel risk management
Knowledge of security best practices and international standards (e.g., ISO27001, ISO31030)
Familiarity with compliance and assurance frameworks, with 2LOD experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Professional security certifications or memberships (e.g., ASIS, OSAC)
Regional or global experience in a multicultural business environment
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
