As an individual contributor with advanced comprehensive knowledge of Bioanalysis, you will provide technical leadership on complex method development (LCMS/HRMS) and collaborate directly with clients on solutions for drug development programs. What You’ll Be Doing

Serving as a Primary Investigator on scientific client studies, carrying out laboratory work and communicating progress and results. Designing and executing complex method development experiments utilizing Separation Sciences, Liquid Extraction, and Hybrid Assays. Recommending and evaluating new technologies, specifically focusing on Sciex and HRMS platforms. Writing technical summary reports for clients, which may be used for FDA submissions, and reviewing reports drafted by junior staff. Drafting study proposals and protocols for client review and approval. Recommending and evaluating new technologies and instrumentation. Managing multiple complex technical projects and guiding junior staff. Working proactively across functions to ensure effective project delivery and method deployment. What We Are Looking For

Ph.D. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Biology, or related field (preferred). Master’s degree in a science field plus 7 years of experience in a bioanalytical laboratory environment. Strong understanding of bioanalytical techniques applied to the drug development industry, specifically LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry). HRMS experience is highly preferred. Knowledge and experience in developing proteomics workflows, including LFQ, TMT, AQUA, middle-down, and bottom-up techniques. Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. The Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Needed For This Role

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other programs supporting experimental instruments and data analysis. Effective organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
