Compensation & Sign‑On Bonus Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $150,000 plus manufacturer‑sponsored benefits. Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000 available based on experience and certifications.
Requirements
3+ years of automotive service technician experience
Diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair expertise
State inspection certification required
ASE certification recommended
Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment
Capable of learning new technologies and service procedures
Strong computer skills
Extraordinary work ethic in a fast‑paced environment
Clean, valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
Execute repairs specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership processes
Perform test drives and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to diagnose and repair vehicle systems
Maintain and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air‑conditioning systems
Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed service and estimate repair time
Repair warranty work to manufacturer specifications
