OOH Media Sales Executive – Phoenix, AZ

We’re hiring a Local Media Sales Executive to grow new advertising opportunities in the Phoenix market. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of media sales experience (preferably OOH or related), balances outbound hustle with inbound relationship building, and has a track record of exceeding goals. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and following up on referrals within your assigned territory. Identify client needs, present tailored advertising solutions, and manage leads through to close. Negotiate and execute client agreements while maintaining long‑term relationships built on trust and results. Collaborate with Operations to ensure flawless campaign execution and an exceptional client experience. Plan, forecast, and report regularly to stay on top of goals, activity, and revenue targets. Maintain and grow existing accounts with professionalism and consistency. Continuously develop your sales knowledge, industry expertise, and local market insight within the Phoenix territory. Travel locally for meetings, venue visits, and client appointments as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 1–3 years of experience in media sales (OOH or related advertising experience preferred). Proven success generating new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship‑building. Strong track record of exceeding sales goals using both outbound and inbound techniques. Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills. Skilled at developing long‑term partnerships and maintaining persistence through the sales process. Proficient with sales tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self‑motivated, organized, disciplined, and proactive in managing a sales pipeline. Eager to continue learning and growing your sales expertise. Flexible schedule with the ability to travel locally; reliable vehicle required. Fluency in English (additional languages a plus). We’re looking for a Real Estate Manager to help secure premium sites for outdoor advertising in Central Florida (Lakeland/Ocala). WHAT YOU’LL DO: Identify and secure new locations for billboard placements. Negotiate lease agreements with property owners and landlords. Maintain strong relationships with existing property partners. Conduct site research, surveys, and due diligence for potential locations. Collaborate with internal teams on permitting, compliance, and development. Maximize lease renewals via rent reductions, extended terms, etc. Perform quarterly analysis of underperforming assets and determine appropriate steps to maintain profitability or remove them. Maintain maximum visibility of sites by diligent vegetation management. Stay current on state and local zoning/ordinance changes or litigation/legal challenges that impact our industry. WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Experience preferred in real estate, leasing, or property negotiations. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Experience in outdoor or out‑of‑home advertising. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
