experienced Restaurant General Manager for a future open position in the greater San Jose/ South Bay and East Bay market. We currently own and operate 22 restaurants in CA, including 6 in N.CA - San Jose/ Santana Row, Sunnyvale, Dublin and Pleasant Hill, and Davis.
At Urban Plates we believe in taking care of our people and offer:
Pay:
$85000 - $95000 / year plus
an achievable bonus plan up to $24000 / year /$2000 / month
Monthly cell phone allowance
Paid Time Off
Company sponsored 401K

The General Manager position requires you to be eligible to drive on behalf of the Company, therefore we require you to possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record andmeet minimum auto insurance requirements in the state in which you will be employed if hired.
