This Role:

As an Installation Technician you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality door systems to our customers. You will be responsible for installing a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors, ensuring each project is completed accurately, safely, and to the highest standard. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by providing reliable, professional installation services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform service and installation in accordance with manufacturer‑recommended procedures and specifications.

Document time spent and complete proper documentation detailing job numbers, travel time, any discrepancies, shortages, or inefficiencies in job‑site conditions.

Maintain proper truck stock and inventory.

Maintain company vehicle appearance and adhere to the vehicle maintenance agreement.

Interface with customers, end‑users, and general contractors in a courteous, professional manner at all times.

Participate in training programs offered and remain AAADM certified.

Perform all work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to yourself, co‑workers, contractors on‑site, the general public, and property of all concerned.

What You Will Need

Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro‑mechanical devices.

Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low‑voltage (120 V) wiring (access control systems a plus).

Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.

What We Offer Hourly Rate / Salary Range

$25‑$35 per hour; the final pay rate offered will depend on education, experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role.
