Surgical Scheduler
Under general direction, this position’s primary functions are to schedule surgical procedures and ensure proper documentation and timely posting of surgical logs. The responsibilities include scheduling all procedures involving anesthesia services, auditing surgical logs, and working closely with the clinical team, medical providers, hospital staff, material management, and finance department to provide timely care for patients.

Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours 40
Compensation Range $17.98 - $25.17 per hour, depending on experience
Education & Experience Minimum Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of secretarial/clerical experience, at least two years of which included responsibility for scheduling in a busy environment, or Two (2) years Healthcare or Customer Service experience.
Preferred Previous Operating Room experience Associates degree in an accredited MOA program or related field
