Candidate Profile JD
from a
top‑tier law school
with an
excellent academic record .
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing.
3–6 years
of substantive experience in
commercial transactions , with a focus on
technology ,
fintech , or
outsourcing .
Proven ability to
draft ,
negotiate , and
manage
complex commercial agreements , including licensing, technology, and service contracts.
Experience or strong interest in
payment systems ,
digital banking , and
emerging fintech regulatory frameworks .
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑priority matters simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Negotiate and draft commercial agreements relating to
payment processing ,
digital wallets ,
mobile platforms ,
data usage ,
SaaS , and
technology outsourcing .
Advise financial services and technology clients on
regulatory and compliance issues
in the
fintech
space.
Collaborate with cross‑functional legal teams on matters involving
privacy ,
cybersecurity ,
consumer protection , and
banking regulations .
Support clients in navigating innovative product development and strategic transactions within evolving legal frameworks.
Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver clear, business‑oriented legal advice.
