Director of Recruitment

We’re hiring a Director of Recruitment — a one-person talent function who can hold their own, move fast, and deliver high-quality hires without needing a team behind them. Own full-cycle recruitment (intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → close) Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, events, referrals, and outbound sourcing Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls Coordinate and drive interviews with hiring managers Manage offer strategy + offer delivery and close candidates Maintain accurate records in our ATS Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, funnel, source performance, quality of hire) Stay current on market and competitor recruiting trends 3+ years recruiting experience (Tech / IT / MSP preferred) Proven success in full-cycle recruiting Strong outbound sourcing skills (not just inbound applicants) Experience using an ATS and managing pipelines Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute fast Data-driven mindset and comfort owning recruiting performance Competitive pay with performance-based growth Paid time off and company holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company match On-site gym for employee wellness Modern, collaborative office environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology Team events and employee appreciation initiatives Strong company culture focused on innovation and teamwork
