Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented
Administrative Assistant
to provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal staff in a fast‑paced law firm environment. The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
This position is 3‑4 days per week averaging 21‑28 hours per week .
Given this position is under 30 hours per week, benefits are not available.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff
Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal correspondence, pleadings, and internal documents
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and manage front desk or reception duties as needed
Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files in accordance with firm procedures
Assist with time entry, billing, and expense tracking
Coordinate document filing, scanning, and distribution
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document deliveries
Maintain office supplies and assist with general office operations
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and legal requirements
