Sierra Sage Treatment Center
in Yerington, Nevada✪
Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training and a normalized high school experience, our youth women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.
Pay Starting at $64,480 a year.

What you will do As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations.
To be considered you should
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a bachelor’s degree in public/business administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services, or any equivalent combination
Military experience and training is acceptable
Three (3) years of experience in juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.)
One (1) year of supervisor experience
Current Staff in this position must have completed Youth Care 101 and ROP Essential Subjects Training in Operations, Treatment and Human Resources
The outside applicant selected must complete this same training within 6 months of hire date
Must meet all individual state-specific licensing requirements in addition to ROP requirements regarding education and experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
Schedule 3.5/3.5
A shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday ~ 6:30am – 8:30pm and Wednesday 6:30am to 2:00pm
