We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Atwood Apartments.
Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; appliance repairs; painting; apartment turnovers; taking emergency calls; and more.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) – a must.
Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
All employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during the performance of their duties.
Reliable transportation.
Availability to work on‑call rotation.
Compensation and Benefits
$21–$23 per hour, DOE.
Monthly bonuses.
10 days paid time off per year.
10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year.
