CTG is seeking a senior‑level SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution (LES) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Delivery Lead to support a large‑scale ERP transformation for a long‑standing Fortune 500 client. This role leads end‑to‑end delivery of SAP EWM/LES workstreams, partnering with business and IT stakeholders from early engagement through go‑live and hyper‑care.

Job Title IT SAP Consultant – Logistics Execution & Warehouse Management Delivery Lead
Location This position is preferred to be located in Charlotte, NC, Corning, NY, or Remote. Open to U.S. time zones. Candidate must be willing to work EST hours.
Travel Up to 25% domestic (project phase dependent)
Pay Rate $45.01 – $139.95/hour
Work Hours M–F, 8:00am–5:00pm EST
Education Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead hands‑on SAP S/4HANA EWM and LES solution delivery across global ERP deployments
Act as primary liaison between business and IT to validate requirements, solutions, and delivery milestones
Own workstream delivery, risk management, and cross‑stream coordination
Lead or support process design, security, data, reporting, testing, training, data migration, and cut‑over
Drive business readiness and early engagement using global SAP templates
Support post‑go‑live operational issues and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of SAP EWM and Logistics Execution (LES) experience in large‑scale ERP programs
Strong SAP S/4HANA solutioning experience across EWM, IM/MM, Procurement
Integration experience with PP/QM, SD, Procurement, and MES
Strong delivery leadership, communication, and risk management skills
SAP MDG (Material/Vendor Master) experience is a plus
