.focus on BYD business, recognize and approach all business opportunity in BYD and arrange promotion action.
arrange technical/marketing/sales resource to communicate with BYD to highlight/famous ST production/solution.
understand company business target in BYD, generate & execute sales action plan in account, bit DI/POS target.
gathering & analysis customer business data, review/correct promotion policy/action with all needed resource.
ensure ST growth business in BYD
您的技能和经验
Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science, with priority given to work experience in Global TIER1 Sales.
Work experience: 10 years of experience in expanding and managing the automotive electronics/semiconductor market is required; Experience in market promotion of MCU, sensors, and sales of power semiconductors. BYD sales experience is preferred
Be able to establish good customer relationships, enhance the company's professional image, provide feasible marketing plans based on industry market demand, develop sales plans, and complete tasks.
Ability requirements: Must have good communication and adaptability skills, and be able to independently handle customer issues; At the same time, it is important to be familiar with the sales process.
Fluent English/Chinese expression ability
