Digital Marketing Senior Director – Adobe Experience Cloud (Onsite Role)
Strong technical knowledge and work experience on AEM as a cloud service and other Adobe products.
Responsible for defining the enterprise strategy, architecture, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe solutions. This role provides executive leadership across digital experience platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performing content and experience solutions aligned with business goals.
Must have
15+ years of experience with minimum 6+ years of leadership experience managing large, cross‑functional teams in AEM
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, DevOps, and Adobe cloud platforms
Proven experience leading large‑scale digital transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of third‑party integrations and dispatcher and CDN configurations
Must have experience managing large enterprise Adobe solutions
Experience collaborating with Adobe and other teams
Experience with Adobe’s MarTech ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real‑Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, e‑commerce, and others
Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Cloud Service)
Responsibilities
Define and own the enterprise AEM vision, roadmap, and governance model
Partner with executive stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Product, Security) to align digital experience strategy with business objectives
Lead and mentor AEM leaders, architects, and delivery teams
Drive adoption of best practices across AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and integrations
Oversee AEM architecture, cloud migration (AEM as a Cloud Service), and modernization initiatives
Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and compliance
Establish standards for templates, components, workflows, and DevOps pipelines
Guide integration with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Campaign, etc.) and third‑party systems
Define SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics for platform health
Manage vendors, system integrators, and technology partners
Identify opportunities to improve content velocity, personalization, and customer experience
Stay current on Adobe product roadmap and emerging digital experience trends
Champion automation, AI‑driven capabilities, and composable architectures
