This Military Technician position is with the United States Army Reserve Command. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set. Duties
Process administrative actions using automated systems.
Maintain organizational records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Review correspondence for submission to higher echelons.
Preserve stock levels of organizational equipment.
Requirements
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Successful completion of Unit Pay Administrator Course within 18 months of appointment.
Successful completion of Unit Administrator Basic Course within 18 months of appointment.
This position may be subject to the Lautenberg Amendment/Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968.
This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
The duties of this position may meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP AS A SOLDIER IN THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR).
