Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a
Warehouse Associate .
Schedule Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy motorized material handling equipment safely
Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment
Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material
Coordinate the removal and replacement of worn components
Effectively put items away and receive them in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Perform driving duties as a backup driver when required
Qualifications
Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory (preferred)
Product knowledge or quick ability to learn it
General computer skills for basic data entry
Forklift operator experience (strongly preferred)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures
Can carry objects up to 50 lbs by hand and 50 lbs or more using equipment
Valid driver’s license
Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

Pay Range $15.61 – $26.11 per hour (unless specified as monthly for salaried roles).
This role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Starting wage may vary by location based on local or state wage requirements.
