Overview
Position Summary: Perform the delivery of feed and other products to customers in a timely manner to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Perform general feed labor as required. Responsibilities
Delivery of feed and other products from the location to producers in the immediate area of the location. Follow all legal regulations and guidelines as required to maintain a commercial driver’s license. Assist with feed manufacturing and housekeeping as assigned. Maintain necessary paperwork or documentation. Perform daily truck inspections and inform supervision of needed maintenance and repairs. Maintain a professional image and provide superior customer service. Operate all feed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Mix and prepare livestock feeds efficiently and in a manner that ensures accuracy and high quality. Determine proper routing and distribution for manufactured feeds to appropriate holding bins. Assist with equipment maintenance and repair as needed. Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Perform general work around the facility and other duties as assigned by management. Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative to the community. Qualifications
Class A CDL preferred or required as per location regulations. Ability to perform duties involving driving, loading/unloading, and basic equipment operation. Ability to follow safety and quality guidelines and maintain accurate documentation. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Employment Details
