Domino's Pizza is hiring for an Assistant Manager. The role is a leadership position with responsibilities across shift operations, people management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities

Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Lead by example and ensure policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time, and uphold the same standard from your crew. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a professional image, and adherence to standards. Deliver great customer service, monitor attendance and punctuality, maintain store cleanliness, support marketing goals, and contribute to store profitability. Advancement opportunities: many team members have progressed from delivery drivers to roles such as manager or franchisee. Qualifications / Essential Skills

General job duties for all store team members: operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage/work area/walk-in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily. Training: orientation and on-the-job training. Communication: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential numeric and computer skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used); make correct monetary change; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Physical and sensory requirements: good eye-hand coordination; ability to stand for long periods; ability to lift up to ~50 pounds; manual dexterity for dough handling, cutting, and packaging; ability to navigate stairs and operate kitchen equipment safely. Work Conditions and Physical Demands

Exposure to varying weather when delivering or performing outside tasks; in-store temperatures can range from cool to hot depending on area. Fumes from food odors; cornmeal dust; hot surfaces and moving parts; sharp edges. Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, handling products, and occasional climbing or stooping. Additional Information

Driving-specific duties may include delivering product by car, delivering flyers/door hangers, and maintaining a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
