$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Project Manager to lead janitorial services for a high-end client in a high-rise environment. This includes janitorial operations, seasonal services such as snow removal, and other specialty solutions that ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence in a complex public facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience managing people and subcontractors, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, clients, and internal teams. This role requires being on the client site daily.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple special services projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Oversee janitorial programs and seasonal operations, including snow removal and de-icing services, ensuring safe and compliant conditions during winter months.

Develop contingency plans for weather-related challenges, coordinating resources and subcontractors to maintain uninterrupted service during storms or severe conditions.

Train, monitor and verify proper use of equipment and materials (e.g., machinery, chemicals, salt, sand), ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing consistent updates and a high level of service.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards in high-profile, high-traffic facilities (SITE & SWOPs).

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in facility services, janitorial operations, snow removal, or related industries.

Strong experience managing people, subcontractors, and vendors.

High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.

Technologically proficient — able to work with project management software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write clean, concise emails and deliver polished presentations.

Solid understanding of janitorial processes, seasonal service logistics, and general facility service work.

Ability to speak knowledgeably and clearly about technical topics to clients and team members.

Willing and able to travel regionally, with occasional national support for account initiatives.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

PMP or other relevant certifications.

Experience working for national service providers or multi-site facility operations.
