DDS or DMD degree with an active and unrestricted Minnesota license. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and building trust and comfort with patients. Willingness to continue learning and expand clinical skills. Ability and willingness to credential with various dental insurance plans. Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged sitting and standing; adaptable to the dental practice environment. Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary. Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions. TB testing is required for all new hires in dental office positions unless prohibited by state law; testing arranged during pre-employment process.
