Your responsibilities and tasks

Build, develop and lead Supply Chain teams (managers and specialists)

Manage suppliers: local sourcing, supplier performance evaluation and development

Oversee production planning (MPS) and ensure effective execution

Ensure safe and cost-efficient transportation, warehousing and material flow

Build long‑term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and QHSE, HSE & Sustainability standards

Drive Lean / Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Optimize quality, lead time and cost across processes, systems and tools

Support time‑to‑market for new and improved products

Your profile and qualifications

Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Management, Economics, Logistics and Transport, Production Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics

Proven experience at Manager or Director level in a production environment

Background in low volume / high mix manufacturing

Strong knowledge of Lean, TQM, Operational Excellence and ERP systems (SAP)

Excellent leadership, analytical and decision‑making skills

Strong business mindset and results orientation

Fluent in Polish and English; German is an asset.
