The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in sports management or a related field and have 1-3 years of leadership experience in sports or customer service. Responsibilities include enhancing member engagement through targeted sports programs and ensuring excellent customer service. Certification in CPR/AED & First Aid must be completed within 60 days of hiring.
