Job Title: EVV Billing Coordinator

Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized EVV & Government Billing Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of the EVV Billing Coordinator is to ensure accurate and timely billing for services provided using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with EVV systems and a strong understanding of the billing process for healthcare services.
Responsibilities
Review and verify electronic visit verification data for accuracy and completeness
Generate and submit accurate billing for services provided using EVV systems
Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
Communicate with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals regarding billing inquiries
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to billing activities
Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to EVV & government billing regulations and requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
Previous experience working with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems
Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
