**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Performs a variety of duties to assist in the daily operations of the violations bureau. To include but not limited to:Performs customer service administration duties such as answering phones, greets the public, answers routine questions, and refers visitors to appropriate areas.Other duties outlined by the supervisor.Monitors and ensures integrity of large amounts of cash in accordance with financial requirements.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** * Ability to read, write and speak English.* Ability to demonstrate proficiency in word, excel, and other computer platforms.* Ability to demonstrate strong computer and technology skills.* Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally charged environment.* Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with department policies and procedures.* Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.* Ability to acquire and maintain Colorado Bureau of Investigation operator security number.* Skill in courteous and effective communication.* Have and maintain acceptable background information, including criminal conviction history.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Ability to communicate in Spanish.* Knowledge of the Boulder Revised Code.* Knowledge of court legal databases.* Experience utilizing the Colorado Bureau of Investigation system.* Experience in cash and payment handling to include e-payments.**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**and the many programs resources we offer our staff, we continually strive to weave respect for one another into the fabric of our organization.
