Job Description Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 716 E Broadway location in Louisville, United States. As a key member of our front-line staff, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with every interaction.
Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders in-store, over the phone, and through digital platforms
Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
Prepare and package orders for pickup or delivery
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
Support marketing initiatives and promote special offers to customers
Adapt to peak hours and varying workloads with a positive attitude
Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere and support colleagues as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Resilience and ability to work under pressure during busy periods
Basic computer skills for operating point‑of‑sale systems
Ability to adapt to varying in‑store temperatures and conditions
Food handling certification is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
Physical Requirements
Standing – Most tasks performed from a standing position; walking over short distances and durations; surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas; height of work surfaces 36‑48 inches.
Sitting – Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting – Bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more; unloaded by hand truck up to 50 lb; cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'; cases often lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 in high.
Carrying – Large cans weighing 3 lb 7 oz, pizza sauce weighing 30 lb, trays of pizza dough 12 lb each, three at a time.
Pushing – Move trays on dollies; stack of trays requires up to 7.5 lb force.
Pulling – Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing – Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at the waist at pizza assembly station; required at front counter and stocking ingredients; repeated continuously during the day.
Crouching/Squatting – Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching – Continuous up, down, forward; above 72 in occasionally for oven controls, changing prices, lifting objects.
Hand Tasks – Continuous eye‑hand coordination; frequent use of one or both hands; shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, pinching in assembly of cardboard boxes; grasping cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes.
Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – May utilize pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
