Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: HR Assistant / Payroll Assistant Time Type: Full Time
Job Overview The HR Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the human resources department. The individual in this role will be involved in recruitment, payroll administration and any other area of human resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support for the recruiting process (e.g., schedule interviews, send background checks, attend job fairs/recruitment events as needed, conduct drug tests and contact select candidates)
Coordinates the new hire orientation process (e.g., scheduling orientation, preparing orientation paperwork, creating employee files), including I‑9 completion/compliance
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
Supports auditing, review and processing of paperwork and forms
Participates in special projects and initiatives, including engagement, job fairs and HR assessments
Maintains confidentiality and performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
Supports company Open Enrollment period to ensure smooth processing
Supports payroll processing
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
1 year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office
Certificates & Licenses Language Skills
Local language required

High level of interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
