Responsibilities
Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients’ homes.
Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot installation issues.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $100,000 per year with a performance bonus program.
Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for top candidates.
Full‑time, year‑round employment with flexible scheduling.
