Full Time Teller – Macksville, KS
Equity Bank is hiring a full-time teller at our Macksville branch. This role focuses on accurate financial transactions, exceptional customer service, and compliance with banking laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, payments, and monetary instrument sales.
Balance daily transactions and manage bank cash levels.
Approve transactions within your approval authority limit.
Demonstrate operational soundness to minimize risk exposure and maintain quality production.
Adhere to operating procedures and protocols.
Build client relationships by conducting professional conversations and promoting bank products.
Deliver a consistently superior client experience with excellent customer service skills.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Information Security.
Complete periodic compliance training and follow deposit opening procedures.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work at Macksville or selected nearby locations up to 50% of the time.
Aptitude for math.
Preferred
Cash handling experience.
1-2 years of customer service experience.
