General Purpose:
Support end-to-end supply chain operations. Ensure efficient planning, coordination, and execution of logistic strategies that align with production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demands. Work cross-functionally with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to optimize the flow of tools and materials across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Perform SAP business processes as needed
Maintain logistics plans that align with supply chain forecasts, production schedules, and customer delivery requirements
Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of tools and material
Plan and assist in coordination of inbound and outbound transportation (including reverse logistics), ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Use logistics software and tools to plan routes, track shipments, and manage inventory flow
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policy
Support in achieving KPI’s such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory
Monitor transportation costs and provide suggestions for cost-savings
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain operations
Essential Functions:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other software programs
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to interact frequently with others in a professional, courteous manner
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
High School diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent)
Minimum 1‑3 years’ experience production planning, inventory management or related industry
Minimum 1‑3 years’ experience in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience in a globally diverse supply chain environment
