LPN Day Shift – Full-Time – Lead & Care with Compassion. Responsibilities
Full-time, day shift; report to Director of Nursing / ADON Oversee nursing staff on your unit Provide high-quality resident care per state and federal standards Administer medications and treatments Lead shift communication and coordinate assignments Participate in resident admissions, transfers, and discharges Ensure compliance with documentation and care plans Manage nursing care delivery on your shift Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families Lead unit huddles and mentor nursing staff Handle emergencies, medications, and resident assessments Participate in facility surveys and trainings Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license in state 2+ years nursing experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred Current BLS/CPR certification required Strong leadership and communication skills Benefits & Perks
