Compensation:
$150,000–$300,000 base (DOE) + bonus Signing Bonus:

Role Overview You will manage a
family law litigation caseload end-to-end , with the autonomy to practice at a high level and the support to do so efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Washington family law matters from intake through resolution
Manage temporary orders, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
Represent clients in hearings and trials as required
Develop case strategy and provide clear, empathetic client guidance
Communicate professionally with opposing counsel and the court
Maintain strong ethical judgment in sensitive and high-stakes matters
Leverage legal technology to stay organized and efficient
Qualifications
3+ years of Washington family law experience
(required)
Active
Washington State Bar license
in good standing
Comfortable handling hearings, motions, and trial preparation
Strong organizational skills and case ownership mindset
Professional, client-centered communication style
Comfortable working in a tech-forward practice
