Join a dynamic team in our Transplant/Stepdown unit, specializing in care for patients undergoing surgical transplantation. This position requires dedicated and skilled RNs to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Providing care for patients on telemetry and stepdown status. Managing Heparin infusions and PCA administration. Performing wound care, including wound vacs and chest tube management. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Med/Surg/Telemetry experience is a must. Experience with solid organ transplantation (kidney, liver, pancreas) is preferred. Able to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and multitasking capabilities. Why ARMStaffing?
