Pay Range
$34.90 - $52.35 per hour
Sign-On Bonus Eligible
up to $10,000, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements. Relocation bonus available if current residency is outside the designated distance to the facility.
Where You Will Work:
Our Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit has 7 IMC beds and 8 acute care/IMC overflow beds. This unit provides evidence-based, family-centered care for children who require close monitoring and specialized interventions but do not need intensive care. With a focus on bridging the gap between acute care and critical care, our nurses manage patients with complex medical needs, including those recovering from critical illness or requiring advanced respiratory support. We’re Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year pediatric and/or critical care experience preferred.
What You’ll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Schedule Details:
3 12-hour night shifts per week, 7pm-7am; weekend and holiday requirements. PALS required.
Every 3rd weekend rotation.
Holiday rotation.
Compensation:
Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's job.
Incentive pay for select positions.
