We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development to support and accelerate company growth. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial outreach through deal closure.

The ideal candidate is confident in prospecting, skilled in communication, and eager to contribute to revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities

Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth goals

Schedule and conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or services

Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process

Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding or account management teams

Sales Support & Pipeline Management

Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations

Accurately track leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems

Monitor conversion rates and sales performance metrics

Meet or exceed individual and team targets

Market Research & Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Provide insights to leadership to help refine sales strategies and offerings

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and initiatives

Required Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers

Highly organized with strong time-management skills

Comfortable working toward performance targets and KPIs

Proficiency with CRM systems, email tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in B2B or B2C sales (industry-specific experience a plus)

Experience working in a fast-growing or target-driven environment
