Saraland, AL and surrounding areas , while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship at our

district office in Mobile . With 95+ years of brand strength and the University of Farmers® training program, we prepare you for long‑term success.

Responsibilities

Work with local families and businesses to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance.

Participate in district‑led training sessions in Mobile.

Build a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagement.

Deliver excellent customer service and policy support.

Requirements

Must obtain Alabama P&C and Life/Health licenses (sponsorship provided).

Customer service or sales background preferred.

Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive.
