Job Opportunity: SAP WM/EWM & TM Functional Lead We are seeking an experienced
SAP WM/EWM, SGAR, and SAP TM Functional Lead
to drive excellence in warehouse and transportation process management. In this role, you will act as the key link between logistics operations, DT&IT teams, and external partners—leading digital transformation and ensuring continuous improvement in supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the SAP WM/SGAR (Roca Home made warehouse system) /TM functional team.
Deliver SAP WM/EWM and TM solutions from design to deployment.
Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and project issues.
Gather business requirements and translate them into optimized SAP solutions.
Oversee daily operational support (incidents, service requests, change requests).
Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to global standards.
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives across logistics processes.
Manage budgets and participate in audits and system reviews.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Master’s degree preferred.
SAP EWM/TM certifications and PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Experience
6–10+ years in SAP WM/EWM and/or SAP TM.
3–5+ years in team or project leadership roles.
Experience in 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
Background in distribution centers, warehouses, or transportation operations.
Experience in global SAP environments is highly valued.
Core Competencies
Strong technical expertise in SAP WM/EWM and SAP TM.
Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, FI.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
English proficiency at C2 level.
