We are currently seeking a
dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our team as an
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership skills and make a meaningful impact alongside a

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the DON in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
Supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and provide clinical guidance as needed.
Participate in staff hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.
Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs in accordance with CDC, OSHA, and state/local health department guidelines.
Conduct routine infection surveillance and audits; track, analyze, and report trends.
Provide staff training on infection prevention protocols, standard precautions, PPE usage, and outbreak management.
Investigate and document infection outbreaks and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with medical staff, housekeeping, dietary, and other departments to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Wisconsin
Experience
in long-term care settings
Required
Infection Preventionist certification (or willing to obtain)
Prior leadership or ADON experience preferred
Strong knowledge of infection control standards and nursing best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
