Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join a global Cloud Operations team. You will lead the due diligence and assessment process for large-scale data center site acquisitions. This is a high‑impact role where you will act as the primary coordinator between engineering, legal, finance, and land acquisition teams to drive infrastructure growth. Location: Telecommute Job type: Contract Salary: $51.80 - $55.00 per hour Work hours: 8am to 5pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end due diligence process for complex real estate development projects. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met. Prepare and deliver strategic project updates and recommendations to executive leadership. Identify and mitigate risks associated with site development and infrastructure planning. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting through SharePoint and PowerBI. Qualifications
10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, specifically in real estate or large infrastructure. Proven ability to interpret technical documents, including engineering and architectural drawings. Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for professional reporting. Strong understanding of commercial real estate development lifecycles. Experience in a "client-side" project management capacity. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with data center infrastructure or cloud planning. Proficiency in SharePoint and PowerBI for data‑driven decision making. Experience with Adobe software. Equal Opportunity Employer
