Senior Project Manager – WMS Modernization

Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program execution: roadmap, milestones, scope, and deliverables.
Oversee Architecture, Dev, QA, and Deployment with minimal business disruption.
Drive Agile best practices across cross-functional teams (BA, Architecture, Dev, QA).
Manage risks/issues around integration, data migration, performance & security.
Provide executive-level status reporting to IT leadership & business sponsors.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors.
Required Experience
12+ years in IT Program Management (enterprise app modernization).
Strong expertise with Oracle-based enterprise systems & supply chain apps.
Proven track record in UI modernization (Oracle Forms → modern frameworks).
Skilled in Agile/Scrum, hybrid delivery (onshore/offshore).
Familiarity with cloud, microservices, API integrations.
Preferred Skills
Retail / Supply chain transformation experience.
Knowledge of Oracle WMS or similar legacy systems.
