ROLE OVERVIEW This role prepares you to run a successful car wash location from the ground up, combining hands-on operations, sales leadership, and team development.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN & DO

Run daily site operations

Sell and coach Wash Club memberships

Interview, hire, and lead teams

Schedule crews and manage labor

Learn equipment basics and troubleshooting

Deliver exceptional customer experiences

REQUIREMENTS

21+ years old

1+ year management experience (sales preferred)

Able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors

MUST have open availability including weekends (both Saturday/Sunday)
