WHAT LIFE IS LIKE AT PALO VERDE Located in central Phoenix right off S.R. 51, we have noticed the rapid growth our city is experiencing. While we’re ready to meet the challenge and demand for exceptional veterinary care that this growth brings, we don’t sacrifice work‑life balance at its expense. Our hospital is open Monday – Friday, with appointments taken from 8 – 11:30 AM and 1 – 4 PM. We are closed every day from 12 – 1 PM, so that our team can take a break for lunch, appointments, quick errands, or whatever else they need to do at that time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide routine wellness exams and diagnosis

Perform medical procedures such as vaccinations, dental procedures, soft tissue, X‑rays, and necessary diagnostics

Administer and accurately monitor controlled substances

Maintain and complete patient records

Serve as mentor to technical support staff

Build and establish rapport with the client base, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an AVMA accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program

Licensure in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start

Strong proficiency in medical knowledge and surgical skills

Exemplary professionalism and communication skills with both team members and clients

Strong decision‑making and time‑management skills

Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
