Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Application Analyst - Epic Ambulatory Join our dynamic team as an Application Analyst I – Epic Ambulatory, where you’ll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow, and integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, lead cross‑functional problem‑solving, and make a measurable impact on our operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
Role Overview
Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, and notes
Assist with answering tickets in EPIC work queues
Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions
Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions
Assist with work queues within EPIC
Key Qualifications
Active certification in EPIC Ambulatory required
Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross‑functional teams
Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design
Core Skills
Ability to work in a high‑volume environment with limited supervision
Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions
Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others
Additional Information
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday
Location: Hybrid; three times a month (with flexibility as needed) at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY. You must live within 100 miles of NYC to be considered.
Reporting to: Director, Application Services

Pay Range: $90,700.00 – $145,300.00 FSLA Status: Exempt
